Dr. THOMAS, I come from 40 years of abuse, and most recently, all my past abuse was thrown back up in my abusers faces, they all denied and began to call me crazy. If I could witness to you about the secrets a family will keep to hide the truth, it would help this generation that needs compassion! I didn’t think that I would make it, but My Belief in The death of Jesus brought me out!! As I began to pray for knowledge and wisdom my mind opened to that small cubby hole in the back of my mind! As those abuse allegations were denied, I asked, what if they won’t say sorry and belittle you instead?? This generation needs compassion and I know my life experiences can help someone. Thank you for writing When Sorry Isn’t Enough!!

To shame someone who has been shamed or allow someone who’s innocence not to heal is some kind of evil! In incidents like these you really need to have the right support from the right people to fight or stand up to your family!? Know you aren’t alone even in the dark the right person will burden you’re pain to see you through it all! That person will never turn there back on you! That’s why they love you cause at the end, through it all that person wants be the reason you made it through
